08.05.2026 - Sri.A.V.Gnanasambandam, MD & CEO, ABIS-TBI, visited the facility of Mr.B.Bhishmaram of M/s.Razoday International Pvt Ltd., Coonoor, TBI Member and NIDHI-PRAYASEE (Fund Cycle 2024-2025), to monitor the work progress pertaining to the NIDHI-PRAYAS grant disbursed.

12.05.2026 - Thiru.K.Sundaravadivelu, Additional Director of Agriculture (IAMWARM), the O/o, the Director of Agriculture, Chepauk, Chennai visited ABIS-TBI,TNAU, Coimbatore.

Sri.A.V.Gnanasambandam, Managing Director & CEO of ABIS-TBI, briefed Thiru.K.Sundaravadivelu, Additional Director of Agriculture (IAMWARM), on the various programmes operated by ABIS-TBI, activities undertaken, services offered and facilities available at the TBI.  

20.05.2026 - The Second Anniversary of ABIS-TBI Product Promotional Centre (TIPPC) is celebrated at ABIS-TBI,TIPPC, TNAU, COIMBATORE.

Dr.E.Somasundaram, Director, ABD, TNAU, Coimbatore, presided over the occasion and witnessed the products showcased by TBI Incubatees and interacted with few of the Start-Ups. 

Mr.A.V.Gnanasambandam, MD & CEO, ABIS-TBI, TNAU, Coimbatore, presented an overview of TIPPC and highlighted the achievements of TIPPC, its initiatives & contributions.

The faculty members & staff of DABD, TBI & TIPPC were present during the event.

21.05.2026 - Mrs. B. Kayalvizhi, Assistant Director, Branch MSME Development and Facilitation Office, Coimbatore, visited ABIS-TBI, TNAU, Coimbatore.

During the visit, Dr.E.Somasundaram, Director (ABD), TNAU, Coimbatore, explained the activities of the Directorate of Agribusiness Development, TNAU, Coimbatore.

Mrs.B.Kayalvizhi visited TBI facilities including TBI Exhibition Hall, PRAYAS SHALA (FAB LAB), Machine Lab, Dal Processing unit, Food Packaging Lab and TBI Product Promotional Centre (TIPPC).
