03.03.2025 - 40 farmers from the Department of Agricultural Marketing & Agri Business Department, Namakkal District under the Support to State Extension Programmes for Extension Reform (ATMA) Scheme (SSEPERS) - Schemes on Post Harvest Technology for Horticultural Crops visited TBI Incubatee Product Promotional Centre (TIPPC). They were exposed to various startup products.

05.03.2025 - An Organic Moringa cultivation & value addition of  40 farmers from ATMA Theni District, Ka.Mayiladumparai Block visited ABIS-TBI, DABD,TNAU, Coimbatore.

During the visit, Mr.A.V.Gnanasambandam, Executive Director & CEO, ABIS-TBI, TNAU, Coimbatore briefed the services offered, facilities available and programmes operated at ABIS-TBI. 

The farmers also visited the TBI Incubatee Product Promotional Centre (TIPPC), where they explored various startup products.

As part of the webinar, the Hon’ble Prime Minister had addressed the session.

06.03.2025 - The Second RIC meeting for RKVY RAFTAAR R-ABI Cohort VI SAIP programme was conducted online at ABIS-TBI, DABD, TNAU, Coimbatore.

19 trainees were pitched their idea for funding in presence of the Knowledge Partner and RIC Members.

During the visit, Sri.A.V.Gnanasambandam, ED & CEO, ABIS-TBI briefed the activities, facilities, programmes operated under the ABIS-TBI,TNAU,Coimbatore.

13.03.2025 - The 19th Executive Committee meeting of the Agri Business Incubation Society (ABIS) held at VC Committee Room, TNAU, Coimbatore.

During the meeting, Sri.A.V.Gnanasambandam, ED & CEO, ABIS-TBI briefly presented the activities, milestones achieved and futuristic plan for the upcoming year.

Prof. Dr.V.Geethalakshmi, Vice-Chancellor, TNAU & President (ABIS), the Registrar, TNAU & Vice-President (ABIS), Director (ABD) & Secretary (ABIS) and ABIS-Executive Committee Members were present during the EC meeting.

13.03.2025 - "NIDHI-PRAYAS grant disbursement event for the FUND CYCLE 2024-2025 PRAYASEES"

Prof.Dr.V.Geethalakshmi, respected Vice-chancellor, TNAU & President, ABIS presided over the event and distributed the first instalment grant amount of Rs.6.00 lakhs (Rupees Six Lakhs Only) to the selected 5 NIDHI-PRAYASEES.

13.03.2025 - "Grant Disbursement for RKVY RAFTAAR RABI SAIP Cohort IV Grantees".

Prof.Dr.V.Geethalakshmi, respected Vice-Chancellor, TNAU, President, ABIS, presided over the function and distributed the second Installment grant of Rs. 81.60 lakhs to 10 RKVY RAFTAAR R ABI SAIP Cohort IV Grantees.

20.03.2025 - III B.Sc. (Hons.) Agriculture students (109 nos.) along with 5 staff members from the Adhiyamaan College of Agriculture and Research, Krishnagiri, had visited ABIS-TBI, TNAU, Coimbatore.

20.03.2025 - 50 farmers from the Department of Agriculture, Erode District, Gobichettipalayam Block, under the Support to State Extension Programmes for Extension Reform (ATMA) Scheme (SSEPERS) - Schemes on "New Sugarcane varieties and cropping technologies" visited TBI Incubatee Product Promotional Centre (TIPPC). They were exposed to various startup products.

21.03.2025 - The second APMC (ABIS PRAYAS MONITORING COMMITTEE) meeting for NIDHI-PRAYAS FUND CYCLE 2024-2025 was held at ABIS-TBI, NIDHI-PRAYAS Centre, TNAU, Coimbatore.

The applicants were presented their idea for funding to the APMC members.

21.03.2025 -30 farmers from the Department of Agriculture, Namakkal District, Sendamangalam Block, under the Support to State Extension Programmes for Extension Reform (ATMA) Scheme (SSEPERS) - Schemes on "Scientific Method of Sheep and Goat Rearing" visited TBI Incubatee Product Promotional Centre (TIPPC). They were exposed to various startup products.

26.03.2025 - EDII-Sponsored Entrepreneurship Development Programme on “Ideation and Prototype Development” organized by Directorate of Agribusiness Development, TNAU, Coimbatore, collaboration with ABIS-TBI,TNAU, Coimbatore for IIIrd year UG students from TNAU affiliated and constituent colleges. The workshop was conducted in hybrid mode.
