08.08.2025 - Eighteen no.s of Pro Deputy Collectors trainees from various Districts of Tamil Nadu visited the Directorate of Agribusiness Development, ABIS-TBI, TNAU, Coimbatore. 

Sri.A.V.Gnanasambandam, Managing Director & Chief Executive Officer, ABIS-TBI,TNAU, Coimbatore briefed about TBI activities and various programmes offered to Start-ups, Students and farmers.

Dr.N.Anandaraja, Ph.D., Professor & Head (Agrl.Extension), Training Division, Directorate of Extension Education, TNAU, Coimbatore coordinated the event.  

The Pro Deputy Collector trainees visited TBI facilities as well as TBI Incubatee Product Promotion Centre (TIPPC), where they explored various startup products.

12.08.2025 - Sri.A.V.Gnanasambandam, MD & CEO, ABIS-TBI, Coimbatore visited TBI member and TN-EDII-IVP Grantee, Mr.Shrinivasan.S of M/s.Harvtech LLP, to see their facilities and to monitor the work progress pertaining to the TN-EDII-IVP grant disbursed.

12.08.2025 - Sri.A.V.Gnanasambandam, MD & CEO, ABIS-TBI, TNAU, Coimbatore visited TN-EDII-IVP, Chennai and met Mrs. Mahalakshmi Megan, Programme Officer, TN-EDII. 

During this meeting Sri.A.V.Gnanasambandam, MD&CEO, ABIS-TBI, TNAU, Coimbatore briefed about the TBI activities, facility and support offered to Startups, Students & Farmers in various programmes.

12.08.2025 - Shri.A.V.Gnanasambandam, Managing Director & CEO, ABIS-TBI, TNAU, Coimbatore had been an "Evaluation Committee member" for the Expression of Interest (EoI) issued by TNAPEx for empanelling service providers in the areas of branding, marketing, and packaging for Food Processing MSMEs in Tamil Nadu.

13.08.2025 - "Kisan Mela" event was conducted by the office of the Joint Director of Agriculture, Coimbatore "to create awareness about organic farming and technologies" at TNAU, Convocation Hall. 

In this event, 6no's of TBI start-ups participated, showcased and briefed their products viz., organic farming technologies, mass multiplication of bio-fertilizers, bio- pesticides and organic vegetables and fruits at the stall.  

Shri.Pavankumar G. Giriyappanavar, I.A.S., District Collector of Coimbatore along with State Government officials, University officials and farmers visited and interacted with TBI Start-ups. 

19.08.2025 - 53no.s of IVth year B.Tech (Biotechnology) UG Students along with 2 Faculty from Mepco Schlenk Engineering College, Sivakasi visited ABIS-TBI, DABD,TNAU, Coimbatore.

19.08.2025 - The 25 No's of trainees from KVK, Tirupur from the Department of Tamil Nadu Skill Development Corporation (TNSDC) under "Naan Mudhalvan Finishing School" (NMFS) conducted the exposure training on "Organic Cultivator" had visited TBI-Incubatee Product Promotional Centre (TIPPC). They were exposed to various TBI startups products.

20.08.2025 - The IInd & IIIrd year students from SNS College of Technology, Dept of B.E Mechanical Engineering, Coimbatore, along with 2 Faculty members visited ABIS-TBI, DABD,TNAU, Coimbatore.

24.08.2025 - "Karur Iyarkai Velan Thiruvizha 2025"

Karur Organic Farmers Associations, Nammazhwar Ecological Foundation, Jairam's Arts & Science College , Kongu Arts & Science College, Karur and JCI Karur Diamond & Young Indians organized the "Karur Iyarkai Velan Thiruvizha 2025" at Kongu Marriage Hall, Karur.

In this event, 5 no. of TBI start-ups participated, showcased and briefed their products. 

Thiru.V.Senthil Balaji, M.L.A., visited and interacted with TBI Start-ups.  Also students and General Public visited the Start-Ups products.
