09.09.2024 - Mr.A.V.Gnanasambandam, Executive Director & CEO, ABIS, TBI, TNAU, Coimbatore, had attended the 1st Project Review Committee (PRC) Meeting for the "Skill Satellite Centre" project, supported by the PSGR Krishnammal College for Women Peelamedu, Coimbatore under the TDUPW program of DSIR.

10.09.2024 - Mr.A.V.Gnanasambandam, Executive Director & CEO, ABIS-TBI, TNAU, Coimbatore visited "EDII Periyakulam Horti Business Incubation Forum" and interacted with Mr.S.Vasanthan, CEO, EDII Periyakulam Horti Business Incubation Forum.

11.09.2024 - We are happy to share that "Spices Incubation Center" is to be established at ABIS-TBI, TNAU, Coimbatore to nurture Spices based Startups/ Exporters/Entrepreneurs and FPO's. 

A programme for activation of "Spices Incubation Center" was held at Cardamom Research Institute, Mayiladumpara, Idukki District on 11.09.2024. 

Shri.Dr. K. G. Jagadeesha, IAS, Secretary, SPICES BOARD INDIA under the GoI-Ministry of Commerce & Industry, inaugurated the programme and gave a special address. 

Dr.A.B. Rema Shree, Director of Research, SPICES BOARD, Dr.Dhanpal, HOD Plant pathology, Indian Cardamom Research Institute, Myladumpara, Idukki District, Kerala were present.

12.09.2024 -  Experience sharing session offered by few of our TBI incubatees 1.Mr.N.Santhosh of M/s.Coco Science, 2.Dr.Sruthi of M/s.CARE Building Products, 3.Mrs.E.Kavitha of M/s.Farm Pro Agro to AOP Cohort 6 trainees and NIDHI EIR R5 Fellows. In thus, they had shared their entreprenuial journey to AOP Cohort 6 trainees and NIDHI EIR R5 Fellows.

13.09.2024 - The Department of Agricultural Marketing and Agri Business, Erode organized "Buyer Seller meet for creating Market Linkage for Spices, Condiments and Aromatic Plants Growing Farmer/FPOs" at Hotel Turmeric, Erode.

In this event Sri.A.V.Gnanasambandam, ED & CEO-ABIS-TBI, TNAU, Coimbatore delivered a session on "Agribusiness opportunities in Spices, Condiments and Aromatic crops to Spices, Condiments and Aromatic Plants Growing Farmer/FPOs”.

18.09.2024 - The Capacity Building Programme for RKVY - AOP VI trainees conducted physically at ABIS, TBI, TNAU, Coimbatore. Mr.V.Srinivasan of M/s. Idea Guru solutions offered a session on "Cash Flow Statement" and Mrs.K.T.Devikarani of M/s. Sri Gauvyum A2 Agro Bio Private Limited handled a session on "Proposal Drafting".

26.09.2024 - Mr.S.B.Senthil Kumar of M/s. Bhairav Renderers has received the 

"Dr.V.V.Kulkarni - National Award" from IMSA (Indian Meat Science Association) for the best outstanding work in animal by-products and waste utilization during the XII conference of Indian Meat Science Association & Symposium on "Green and Sustainable Meat : Global Game Changer" held at Mathura, UP.  

Mr.S.B.Senthil Kumar of M/s. Bhairav Renderers, Coimbatore is working on "Converting slaughterhouse waste into pet food".

26.09.2024 - 29.09.2024 - Directorate of Extension Education, TNAU, Coimbatore organized "State Level Farmers Day 2024" at Tamil Nadu Agricultural University Coimbatore.

Prof.Dr.V.Geethalakshmi, respected Vice - Chancellor TNAU & President (ABIS), TNAU, Coimbatore has consented to inaugurated.

In total, 21 TBI incubatees had participated and showcased their products in the "State Level Farmers Day 2024". The State and Central level dignitaries were participated and interacted with TBI Startups.  

29.09.2024 - Mr.P.Sankara Kuthalam of M/s.Deep Forest had received the "Best Stall Award" in "State Level Farmers Day 2024" from Prof.Dr.V.Geethalakshmi, respected Vice - Chancellor TNAU & President (ABIS), TNAU, Coimbatore, held at Tamil Nadu Agricultural University, Coimbatore.
